The artwork for the single features a close-up of the singer bathed in red light and wearing what appears to be a crown of thorns.

“Last Hurrah” is also a truimphant sequel to Rexha’s last single, “I’m a Mess,” which peaked at No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2018.
