Backstreet Boys Wear Chicken Costumes, Perform 'Chances' On 'Tonight Show': Watch

Backstreet Boys (Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Howie Dorough) brought some feathered fun to The Tonight Show on Thursday night (Jan. 24).

First, in a unique interpretation of “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back),” the group performed the pop anthem wearing yellow chicken costumes alongside host Jimmy Fallon. The boy band and Fallon enthusiastically clucked their way through the '90s classic, dancing to the energetic beat with synchronized chicken-move choreography.

That wasn’t the last of the hilarious costumes, though, as Fallon and the BSB took to the Midtown Manhattan streets for a (you guessed it) chicken-crosses-the-road-inspired skit. “Oh man, we gotta do it,” Fallon said as they stood outside of the Rockefeller sidewalk. “We have to get to the other side.” (After they successfully crossed the street, the skit ended with the chicken clad group crossing right back.)

After the fun and games, the Backstreet Boys stepped back on stage, this time performing their latest single "Chances" from their recently-released album DNA. Wearing color-coordinated gray and black outfits, the group harmonized to the midtempo pop track on a minimalist set.
