Dua Lipa dropped by the Watch What Happens Live clubhouse to set the record straight on a few rumors on Thursday night (Dec. 6).

One fan called in to WWHL live to ask the recent Grammy nominee about the rumors of her singing the title song for the next James Bond movie. “The answer is I want to do it, but I’ve not been asked to do it,” Lipa clarified.

Another curious fan asked Lipa, who previously teamed up with Silk City duo Mark Ronson and Diplo on the hit song “Electricity,” if she ever turned down a song that ended up becoming a huge hit. After hesitating to answer, Lipa decided that she “probably shouldn’t say it,” because she “doesn’t want to take that away from anybody who has had the success of that song.” “The song was a hit because of them,” Lipa kindly said.

Lipa also addressed rumors involving her and fellow female pop stars Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande. Lipa squashed the rumors of her alleged beef with Swift that ignited after she chose Kanye West over Swift during a rapid fire question game on a talk show. Lipa clarified to host Andy Cohen that she chose Kanye because she’s a hip-hop fan, and wasn’t taking sides in the famous feud. “For music at the time, that was what I was into,” Lipa said.

Lipa also revealed that she and Grande did do a song together, but doesn’t think it’s going to come out because the timing wasn’t “quite right” for both of the busy artists. “I love Ari. I love everything she does,” Lipa gushed, before adding that maybe they’ll get to do something again in the future.
