Ariana Grande continues to keep fans eagerly waiting for her "Thank U, Next" video after sharing a photo of her in a red cheerleader uniform on Wednesday (Nov. 21).

"I transferred from Los Angeles, your school has no gymnastics team this issaa last resort ........ ok i’ve never cheered before so what," Grande wrote in a tweet, referencing the 2000 film Bring It On

In the iconic film, Eliza Dushku's character Missy Pantone transfers to a San Diego high school from LA and is forced to join the cheerleading team after learning that the school has no gymnastics team. While Pantone doesn't initially fit the traditional cheerleader aesthetic, her skills land her a spot on the team.

Grande has recently been hinting at her new music video for "Thank U, Next" by sharing photos of her dressed as other iconic female movie characters, including Mean Girls' Regina George and Legally Blonde's Elle Woods -- and now tapping into Dushku's character for inspiration.
