Appropriately for today (Nov. 15), a Thursday, Jess Glynne has released the music video for her new song "Thursday." The song, from Glynne's latest album Always Between, was co-written by Ed Sheeran.

"Thursday" is about self-acceptance and staying true to oneself in spite of insecurities. In the stripped-down, monochromatic video, Glynne sings about making the choice to dress down and go without makeup because she's sick of covering up and she knows she is enough the way she is.

Always Between, Glynne's second album, entered the U.K. albums chart at No. 1, making Glynne the first British female artist to top it this year. Her first album, 2015's I Cry When I Laugh, also reached No. 1. Glynne will tour the U.S. on the Always in Between tour in 2019.
