Liam Hemsworth tweeted a “heartbreaking” update Tuesday (Nov. 13) about what is left of his Malibu home with fiancée Miley Cyrus, which was destroyed in the recent California wildfires.

“It’s been a heartbreaking few days,” Hemsworth wrote. “This is what’s left of my house. Love.” Along with the caption, Hemsworth shared a powerful photo of his devastated home, with four stone letters spelling out “love” remaining symbolically untouched. “My heart goes out to everyone who was affected by these fires."

Cyrus and Hemsworth, along with their pets, evacuated their home safely, with Cyrus later tweeting that the house “no longer stands.” Both Cyrus and Hemsworth are dedicated to helping rebuild their devastated community.

"They are donating $500,000 dollars to The Malibu Foundation through Miley's charity, Happy Hippie in hopes to restore Malibu’s magic," a rep for Cyrus tells Billboard. "These funds will be used for those in financial need, emergency relief assistance, community rebuilding, wildfire prevention and climate change resilience."
