Paul Abdul took to Instagram to let fans know that she is "fortunately not injured" after falling offstage during a concert in Biloxi, Miss., over the weekend.

A fan captured a video of the incident, during Abdul's performance of her 1991 single "The Promise of a New Day." In the video, the singer is seen dancing toward the end of the stage before falling headfirst into the crowd with fans gasping and screaming in shock.

Despite the incident, Abdul got up and continued to perform for the rest of the show.

In the Instagram post, the 56-year-old addressed the incident with a text post. "I love you all so much and want to say thank you for all of your support and concern the past day-- I promise you I am perfectly fine and fotunately not injured," she said. "The show must go on, and it did!"
