PRETTYMUCH Drops Pop-Infused 'Real Friends' Ahead Of Headlining U.S. Tour

PRETTYMUCH returned with the pop banger “Real Friends” Wednesday (Oct. 17). The five-piece boy band’s single comes just one day before the guys embark on the Funktion fall tour.

The song opens with rap-like verses laced with Auto-Tune. “You can call your girlfriends/I’mma be with my friends/Pull up to the function/Like we real friends,” they sing on the catchy chorus against with a heavy beat.

The group later slows down the bridge for a touching, quiet moment. “Now it’s just you and me/And no one else/So let’s stay here in the moment/Like there’s nowhere else,” members Brandon Arreaga and Edwin Honoret harmonize.

The boys party in unison on the final chorus, the rhythm begging for dance moves that’ll likely accompany the bop's live performances.

The group’s headlining tour begins Thursday (Oct. 18) in Seattle, Wash. and concludes Nov. 18 in Boston, Mass. Tickets can be purchased here.
