On Monday, (Aug. 13) Hollister Co. announced a special collaboration with Khalid, including two separate collections to drop in stores and online Sept. 13, just in time for the fall and holiday seasons. The clothing was unveiled on Khalid's backup dancers during his performance Sunday (Aug. 12) at the Teen Choice Awards.

The "Love Lies" singer worked closely with Hollister's design team to bring the thirteen piece collection of fleece hoodies, nylon pants, and jersey tops -- heavily influenced by 90's nostalgia, music and graphics -- to life. A graphic featured throughout the collection reads "Make More Music," which will be the focus of a social media campaign encouraging customers to fill in the blank of "Make More __" be it music, art, dance, or plans with friends.

"I am so excited to finally reveal my product collaboration with Hollister Co. It’s been a great experience getting to work with the design team there," Khalid said in a statement. "Throughout the process, we realized we shared similar ideas and the same overall vision for how the collection would look, so that made it easy and fun. The best part though will be to see fans wearing the pieces, styled in their own way!"

"Working with an artist like Khalid, who shares our ethos to celebrate the freedom to belong, to believe in oneself, is a unique opportunity,” said Kristin Scott, Brand President of Hollister Co.

The deal was brokered by MAC Presents, CLG and Right Hand Music Group.
