'Anyway, here's VanderWaal?.'

Grace VanderWaal gets it. Sure, the 14-year-old America's Got Talent winner is just your average American ninth grader, but she's also a pop star who is fully aware of how crazy her life has become since she took home the AGT crown in 2016. Which is why it made perfect sense that she'd poke a bit of fun at herself in a new Late Late Show short.

"A lot of people don't know me and a lot of people tell me my last name sounds like the 'Wonderwall' song," VanderWaal says in her signature scratchy voice in the intro to a parody video of Oasis' 1995 What's The Story Morning Glory? hit, uploaded to YouTube on Monday (July 30). "So, I decided to tell you a little bit about myself."

With accompaniment on acoustic guitar, the singer sing-jokes about her humble YouTube beginnings, the ridiculous "banana pants" she wore on AGT, ugly crying when she won, spending some of her $1 million prize on a treehouse and all those Taylor Swift comparisons.
