Selena Gomez has made her musical debut for 2018 with the release of "Back to You" Thursday (May 10). Along with the upbeat track -- which will also be featured in the second season of Netflix's 13 Reasons Why -- Gomez treated Spotify users to an unscripted vertical video for the song, serving as an exclusive behind-the-scenes peek at the forthcoming official video.

The singer looks mod chic sporting new bangs with a white mini skirt and groovy orange top during the video's first moments, and especially so as she then cruises in a vintage red car with a handsome beau, Polaroid camera in hand. She's later spotted in a bedazzled, boa-lined party dress under the glow of technicolor flood lights. The vintage flair is emphasized with grainy on-screen filters.

Spotify users can watch the full "Back to You" vertical video here. Those who don't use the streaming service can watch a short preview clip tweeted by Gomez below, and we'll all be waiting for the official video to follow on a to-be-announced date.
