Fifth Harmony's Most Memorable Billboard Moments: Watch

After Fifth Harmony announced on Monday (Mar. 19) that they will be going on an indefinite hiatus to pursue their solo careers, Harmonizers were left heartbroken after hearing the news, and Billboard is feeling equally reflective of the band’s momentous career that started on the X-Factor stage in 2012.

To commemorate their historic career, Billboard has taken a look back into its archives to compile some of the group’s greatest, most memorable moments including interviews, magazine photoshoots and performances.

In a red carpet interview from 2013, Ally Brooke told Billboard that they were in the middle of picking a single and expressed excitement over fans hearing their music soon, while Normani Kordei added, “We love each other.” Jump to 2015, Normani told Billboard, “ultimately, we don’t agree about everything which, that’s just how life is, you know? With any relationship – me and my sister don’t always get along or agree with each other, but we respect one another enough to be able to push forward because we ultimately all have the same dream.”

That same year, Lauren Jauregui shared some advice for aspiring musicians, saying that it is important to “find out what it means to love yourself. I think that that’s the first thing you have to do, if you’re wanting to enter into this world, ‘cause that was something that I personally  – and I think I speak for all of us when I say this – learned going into this that there was a lot of self-love involved in the process still.”

In the video, which you can watch above, check out more interview clips from Fifth Harmony through the years, including from their first ever Billboard cover shoot in 2016, which Camila Cabello called “insane” and “such a huge deal,” as well as performances including a cover of Rihanna’s “Stay,” a rendition of Meghan Trainor's “Like I'm Gonna Lose You,” and stripped down versions of “Worth It” and “We Know.”
