Disney's animated classic Beauty and the Beast will come to the stage with an all-star cast on May 25 and 26 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, headlined by Zooey Deschanel as Belle, Kelsey Grammer singing "Be Our Guest" as Lumiere and Taye Diggs as Gaston. The cast will also feature Rebel Wilson singing the role of LeFou, Jane Krakowski crooning the title song as Mrs. Potts and Anthony Evans as Beast singing "Evermore."
The actors will be taking on the Oscar- and Grammy-winning score while the film plays on the Bowl's massive movie screen with accompaniment from a live orchestra. Tickets go on sale on March 16 at 10 a.m. PT here. In addition to the film, live scenery will be projected onto the facade of the iconic Bowl, and there will also be a family-friendly costume contest and unique photo ops.
"Performing 'Beauty and the Beast,' one of my favorite movies growing up, in a special concert at the legendary Hollywood Bowl, is a dream come true," Deschanel said in a press release announcing the performances. "I am looking forward to what I'm sure will be a magical event."
