Meghan Trainor Performs Zumba Routine for Official 'No Excuses' Choreography Visual

Last week, Meghan Trainor released  “No Excuses,” her brand-new single from her upcoming third studio album. This Monday (Mar. 5), the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter announced a recent collaboration with Zumba, a world-renowned fitness/dance company, to create an official choreography video for the single, via Twitter.

Directed by Tim Milgram, the singer strutted her stuff alongside her girl gang for a fun, easy, empowering routine. Trainor's goal is to inspire Zumba communities all over the world to simply get up and dance.

"We [Trainor and Zumba] both believe in empowerment!" she told PR Newswire. "I want this choreography to empower everyone out there to get on their feet, and I want them to think about respect and sassiness and loving yourself."

Grab your girls and dance it out to the full routine below.
