France's Mae Berenice Meite competes in the figure skating team event women's single skating short program during the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Games at the Gangneung Ice Arena in Gangneung on Feb. 11, 2018.

Although Maé-Bérénice Méité's Olympics routine was marred by a fall, the French figure skater delivered an inspired performance to a medley of Beyoncé music.

Méité skated to the singer's "Run the World (Girls)," as well as a rendition of "Halo," during the ladies' short program Saturday night (Feb. 10). She ranked in ninth place.

Saturday night's figure skating also included ice dancing with the short dance program, which heavily featured Latin rhythms. South Korea's ice skating team, Yura Min and Alexander Gamelin, performed to a medley of songs that began with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito," while China's Shiyue Wang and Xinyu Liu also danced to a cover of the hit song.
