Fifth Harmony's Ally Brooke Releasing Debut Solo Single 'Perfect,' Collab With Topic

Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke took to Twitter Monday afternoon (Jan. 22) to share some exciting news on the social media site: she has a new song coming out.

Titled “Perfect” -- not to be confused with Ed Sheehan’s current hit of the same name -- the song features Brooke in collaboration with German DJ Topic and is set to be released this Friday (Jan 26).

The collaboration is the second for Brooke outside of 5H, following up her collab with Lost Kings and A$AP Ferg on 2016's “Look at Us Now” and is just one of the many artistic and solo ventures that the members of the all-girl group have taken since last year's departure of member Camila Cabello

Other current member Dinah Jane found success last year when she teamed up with RedOne, Daddy Yankee and French Montana for their song “Boom Boom” and Normani Kordei is set to release a song with R&B singer Khalid in March off of the Love, Simon film soundtrack.

Brooke’s announcement sent the Twittersphere and Harmonizers into a frenzy with users eager to share their excitement.

Brooke later posted a quick video to her personal Twitter account later that same day that gave fans a snippet of what the lyrics for the upcoming song will look like.
