Mariah Carey performs during Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve at Times Square on Dec. 31, 2017 in New York City.

On Sunday (Dec. 31) pop icon Mariah Carey took to the stage of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest to erase the memory of the disastrous performance she gave during the previous year's celebration.

Dressed in a gorgeous and glimmering gown that was topped with a fur coat, Mariah sang her '90s hits "Vision of Love" and "Hero" amidst the bitter cold. Carey's performance was undoubtedly far superior to her 2017 effort, where she faced technical difficulties that left her to stop singing and awkwardly pace back and forth on the stage.

Do you think the triumph of 2017 was enough for Mariah to redeem herself? Rewatch her performance and vote below.
