Harry Styles Stakes Claim As 'Greatest Bingo Caller' in New Video With BBC's Nick Grimshaw

Harry Styles joined his friend and BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show host Nick Grimshaw for a road trip to a nursing home, where they play bingo, in a video shared on Thursday (Nov. 2).

As they're driving, Grimshaw notes that it can be quite difficult for the two to hang out in public, seeing as everyone points and stares and Styles. So, Grimshaw has the perfect solution: "I thought I'd today take you somewhere where no one's gonna care. They won't -- straight up. Straight up, don't care."

That place is an nursing home.

"Hi everybody," Harry says to the room when they arrive. An elder woman promptly yells, "Who are you?"

Bingo begins, with Styles offering to be a caller. He announces the prizes, including a handkerchief set "complete with Mars bar and another chocolate bar, and body butter" -- which elicits a response from the audience, specifically one woman named asking, "Will you come with it?"

"Tina!" Styles says modestly.

"Tina's like, 'Full house!'" Grimshaw jokes.

The last prize on the table is, by Harry's description, "an overrated debut album" from an artist named Harry Styles.

The game begins with Styles taking instantly to his character. "44, droopy drawers!" he calls.  Our first winner, Olive, is told to go select her prize with Styles whispering in her ear, "Take the album, Olive." She ignores him and goes for the white chocolate.
