It has been two years since Brisbane, Australia pop-rock group Sheppard splashed onto the music scene with their debut album Bombs Away and their certified-Platinum single “Geronimo.” However, this November they are set to return for a headlining North American tour that will begin on Nov. 13 in San Francisco and run through Nov. 27 in Chicago.

“We couldn’t be more excited to finally visit the U.S.A. again,” the band tells Billboard. “We hope to show the U.S. fans what else we have up our sleeves.”

The band has been building on the momentum of their 2015 debut by focusing on a bigger, broader sound that they hope will soar to arena-sized heights. This was confirmed by the string of tracks to roll out over 2017, including “Keep Me Crazy” in March and the latest, an exuberant single called “Edge Of The Night.”

“After the success of ‘Geronimo,’ we played a lot of big stages to huge crowds and wanted to try and capture more of that anthemic energy that brings people together,” the band teases. “We want to bridge the gap between what Sheppard was in 2015 to what Sheppard is now.”

The six-piece is already in prime touring shape, following a supporting spot on the Australian and New Zealand legs of Justin Bieber’s Purpose Tour, while also wrapping a European tour with Little Mix in July. The upcoming headlining tour will offer a radically different experience than their appearances over the last year, starting with a fresh, extended set.

“When you’re a support act it’s very rare to be able to perform your whole show. It’s just a taste test for the audience,” the band says.

If their latest releases are any indication, audiences are in for a treat that’ll have them coming back for more. Tour dates are listed below and more information can be found on Sheppard’s website here.
