Here's an unlikely interaction you probably didn't expect to see today: the Cleveland Indians, fresh off their 22nd consecutive win on Thursday (Sep. 14), invited Taylor Swift to join in on their celebration.

The Indians trounced the Kansas City Royals in an extra inning on Thursday (Sept. 14) night, extending their winning streak to 22 games. And naturally, as with any mention of the number 22, they referenced Swift's 2013 single "22" and invited her to celebrate with them.

Swift did not respond.

The Indians face the Kansas City Royals again Friday (Sept. 15) night, and are poised to extend their streak to record-breaking territory: they're now four games away from tying the New York Giants' 1916 record of 26 straight wins.
