Fifth Harmony performs in a game of Flinch with James Corden during The Late Late Show with James Corden on Sept. 12, 2017.

Fifth Harmony stopped by The Late Late Show With James Corden on Tuesday night (Sept. 12), and if we know one thing about Corden, it's that he rarely lets his guests escape without having to make some variation of fools of themselves -- to the benefit of everybody.

In Fifth Harmony's case, that meant a game of "Flinch." Corden explained the recurring celeb game by explaining to the quartet that: "My face will be spitting various forms of fruit and produce. Your job is to stand behind that glass and not flinch when I spit at you."

Ally, Lauren and Normani were challenged to hold (and not spill) a martini throughout the game, while Dinah, who is not yet 21 years old, had to hold (and not spill) milk and cookies. Ally went first, and when asked by Corden if she flinches easily, she replied, "I absolutely flinch easily." And she did.

Among the advice Fifth Harmony gave to each other was, "Tighten your ass!" Not to worry, though. Before leaving, the pop stars performed their single, "He Like That" with a group of buff dancers.
