Miley Cyrus' parents have bestowed some song-worthy lessons in love on their daughter, according to the "Malibu" singer's recent interview as the September cover star of Cosmopolitan

"Nothing and no one stays the same," Cyrus tells the magazine, when asked what she's learned about marriage from parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus -- who are now back together after filing for divorce twice. "Grow, evolve, change with each other and celebrate your love’s journey!"

In the issue, which hits newsstands August 8, Cyrus dishes on her relationships with other famous family members, like godmother Dolly Parton and sister Noah, who is currently working on her own debut album.

The 24-year-old star also revealed her favorite Voice coach: Alicia Keys. "She’s always made me feel super loved and special," Cyrus explains. "I loved spending time in my big red chair next to my sis!"

Check out other tidbits from the soon-to-come full interview on Cosmo, and have a peek at some images from the cover shoot below.
