Drew Vision Gets a Major Sweet Tooth in 'Want 'Em All' Video: Exclusive Premiere

When Drew Vision says he wants “‘em all,” he’s not just talking about his appreciation for the world’s spectrum of women. Based on the making of his latest video for “Want ‘Em All” from his recently released Shades of Summer EP, it appears that he was also coming for every job on set.
Serving as producer, creative director, set designer and talent and location scout, Vision’s fingerprints are literally and figuratively everywhere in the treat-themed video. Featuring a prime Los Angeles locale, 10 models and about 60 pounds of sprinkles, the singer takes the song's color palette theme to a new, vibrant level. According to Vision, the sugar-coated imagery was part of his initial creative process and the hands-on approach that followed was just a matter of ensuring his idea came to fruition.
“It is so rewarding to see your creative vision come to life in video,” Vision tells Billboard. “I wanted to find a way to give all consumers a creative and visual viewing experience while also celebrating sexy women of all shades.”
As the first video from Shades of Summer, which dropped Friday, “Want ‘Em All” is yet another step for Vision in distinguishing himself in the R&B world, both audibly and now visually.
Jose Omar, who Vision describes as a “beast,” directed and edited the video after successfully working as a cinematographer for Justin Bieber on videos such as “Love Yourself” and “Purpose.” The pairing marks yet another collaboration between Vision and an industry pro after working with Billboard Hot 100 mainstay Bryan-Michael Cox on his latest EP.
