All the Times Russell Westbrook Has Shown Taylor Swift Some Love

Taylor Swift's fans are one of pop music's most devoted fandoms, and like her squad, she has quite a few celebrity Swifties. One fan in particular that goes back several years is Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook, who Swift recently congratulated in a new video following his MVP win at the 2017 NBA Awards Monday night (June 26).

Over the years, Westbrook hasn't been shy to share his love for Swift's pop bangers via social media and has even attended some of the singer's concerts. Although the two have yet to meet, Swift finally returned the love with her surprise video -- and as Westbrook celebrates his MVP win and Swift's shout-out, we decided to round up all the times he gave her some love.

June 2017: Swift sends video message to Westbrook

Following Westbrook's win of MVP at the 2017 NBA Awards on Monday (June 26), his team the Oklahoma City Thunder shared a video message from Taylor Swift congratulating him on his award. In the video, Swift jokes about their friendship that "goes way back" and later admits that despite never meeting him, she wanted to say congrats, showing that the fanship is mutual. All of the TSwift admiration Westbrook had shown over the years finally paid off!
