“Free Me” is a new song by Sia that’s meant to raise awareness and money for the #endHIV campaign, which is seeking to manufacture a commercially viable HIV vaccine that could win FDA approval. The video that stars Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2's Zoe Saldana as a pregnant mother that’s just found out she has HIV, with fellow actress Julianne Moore narrating the action. As with most Sia videos, Saldana participates in an elaborate interpretative dance choreographed by Ryan Heffington in the clip directed by Blake Martin.

"Fre me, free me/ From this pain I've been running from," Sia sings on the chorus. "I'm tired and I'm free falling/ Free me, free me/ From this shame I've ben running from/ I'm lost and I am calling you."
