The Raciest Lyrics From One Direction's Solo Singles

Each former One Direction member has moved on to release at least one solo project since Zayn left the group in 2015 and the band went on hiatus the next year -- a time that broke teenage hearts across the world.

With lyrics like “I used to be in 1D (now I’m out, free),” some of the guys seem eager to shed their former boy-band persona, while others have shown off their more mature side by focusing on adult themes, complete with raunchy lyrics.

Check out the list below for a roundup of the raciest lyrics from each of the 1D guys’ solo projects (so far):

Niall Horan

Song: “Slow Hands”

Raciest Lyric: “Like sweat dripping down our dirty laundry/ No, no chance/ That I’m leaving here without you on me”

Liam Payne

Song: “Strip That Down” featuring Quavo

Raciest Lyric (tie): “Girl, I love it when your body (grinds on me)” and “Oh, strip that down, girl/ Love when you hit the ground”

Harry Styles

Song: “Only Angel”

Raciest Lyric: “When it turns out she’s a devil in between the sheets/ And there’s nothing she can do about it”

Zayn Malik

Raciest Lyric: “In the bed all day, bed all day, bed all day/ F---ing and fighting on”

Louis Tomlinson

Song: “Just Hold On,” feat. Steve Aoki

Not-So-Racy Lyrics: Tomlinson has released only one solo track since One Direction split up and it’s inarguably the least racy of the five guys’ projects. He even refers to the person he’s singing to as “darling” throughout the song. Awww!
