After laying low for a while, Katy Perry is popping up all over the place lately. You could see her on Saturday Night Live this weekend, she's literally on the menu for her "Bon Appetit" video and looking a bit freaked out in the pages of Vogue. It feels like you can see her everywhere these days.

But are you really, like, seeing her? Katy wants to know. "Can you see me? I mean I know you can see me. But can you really see me?" Perry asks in a new Instgram video in which she addresses the camera directly while sitting in front of a neutral background wearing a salmon-colored ruffly top. "My name is Katheryn Hudson. I'm vulnerable and strong. I'm a woman, an artist. I'm liberated, goofy and I'm not always right. I'm Katy Perry and I'm not just one thing."

The video ends with a snippet of the title track from her upcoming album, Witness
