Katy Perry's Hip-Hop Collaborations, From Snoop Dogg to Migos

Katy Perry announced that she'll be serving up "Bon Appetit" as the next single from her upcoming album on Friday, and according to the tasty-looking cover art, the single will feature rap trio Migos.

The collaboration is the latest track in Perry’s catalog assisted by hip-hop heavyweights, and the combination of her pop superstardom and the clout of the artists she's teamed up with has led to -- unsurprisingly -- countless Billboard Hot 100 hits.

Here are some of the pop star’s biggest hip-hop collaborations, featuring everyone from Kanye West to her denim date to the VMAs Riff Raff.

"Chained to the Rhythm" remix, feat. Lil Yachty

Perry teamed up with another hip-hop contemporary for the lead single from her forthcoming, yet-untitled fifth album. While Skip Marley lent his vocals to the original track, Lil Yachty added a bridge to the hit, which has so far peaked at No. 4 on the Hot 100.

"Dark Horse," feat. Juicy J

The “Bandz a Make Her Dance” rapper contributed to the 2014 single, which was her most successful on the charts to date. The single  hit No. 1 and stayed on the Hot 100 for 57 weeks total.

"California Gurls," feat. Snoop Dogg

Who can forget candyland pimp Snoop Dogg in the “California Gurls” video? Besides a rap feature in the middle, Snoop opened the 2010 summer jam on a whipped-cream throne, welcoming listeners to the song with “Greetings, loved ones, let’s take a journey.”

"E.T.," feat. Kanye West

The out-of-this-world collaboration features none other than Yeezus, who describes himself as an “alien, a big-headed astronaut” in the intro of the song.

"Last Friday Night," feat. Missy Elliott

Elliott’s verse wasn’t on the original song. Rather, it was featured on the deluxe version of the Teenage Dream album. The collab accounted for 25 percent of the song's sales, and that boost landed “T.G.I.F.” a No. 1 spot on the Hot 100.

"This Is How We Do" remix, feat. Riff Raff

Perry and rapper Riff Raff have had a weird history. In 2014, the rapper insisted they were a couple, but nothing was ever confirmed. Shortly after, he remixed “This Is How We Do,” from Perry’s 2013 album Prism.

"If We Ever Meet Again" (Timbaland feat. Katy Perry)

While it wasn’t her own song, Perry’s earliest collaboration was with major rapper and producer Timbaland. The video features an extremely throwback Perry, complete with her signature black locks and blunt bangs.
