Being compared to Miley “doesn’t bother me,” says Noah Cyrus.

Noah Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter and Miley Cyrus' younger sister, is following in the family footsteps and beginning to roll out music and launch a career of her own -- and the latest is a real heart breaker.

Cyrus shared an acoustic performance of her new song "Almost Famous" on Thursday (Dec. 29), showing the 16-year-old crooning alongside an acoustic guitar in a candle-lit room. The song is full of almosts, as it chronicles a love that fell apart too soon, telling her love, "You were the right face at the wrong time, love."

She sings on the chorus, "We were almost legends, you and me/ We were almost perfect/ We were almost like the people in the paintings/ It's like we were almost/ It's like we were almost famous."

The new song is Cyrus' second official release, following "Make Me (Cry)" featuring UK singer/producer Labrinth

"this is a very important song to me," Cyrus posted on Instagram. "so happy to share it with you guys... it means so much to me being able to share such a personal song and moment with you guys."
