Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui Misses Brazil Concert After Marijuana Citation

While Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui was not supposed to miss any concerts due to her citation for marijuana possession at Dulles Airport in Virginia on Tuesday, the singer was absent from the band's Wednesday (Dec. 14) performance at the Fun Pop Fun Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The group's four other members carried on without Jauregui, as fan-shot videos show.

Following the incident, Jauregui and Fifth Harmony's laywer Dina LaPolt issued a statement saying the singer was not arrested or detained, but merely cited and "released on her own recognizance."

"She will address the matter appropriately through the legal system," the statement read. "This will not interfere with any future scheduled performances or activities."

TMZ reports that LaPolt says Jauregui will be rejoining the band for all future performances.
