Katy Perry Encourages 'Building a Bridge Thru Peaceful Convo' This Thanksgiving

We all know it: Spending times with the family around the holidays is already tough. And in this highly divisive political season it may feel downright impossible. With that in mind, Katy Perry has some suggested reading for your Thanksgiving dinner. 

Heading into her presumably conservative-minded family Thanksgiving, the pop star said, "I'm mindful about building a bridge thru peaceful convo."

Perry recommended a guide from The New York Times called "How Could You? 19 Questions to Ask Loved Ones Who Voted the Other Way."
