The Mannequin Challenge is the newest viral obsession, where participants freeze in silly or dramatic action for social videos, and on Monday (Nov. 7) Adele got in on the fun.

The superstar singer pressed the pause button on a Western bar scene for her Mannequin Challenge, as Johnny Cash's "Man in Black" plays in the background.

Adele plays a kind of sheriff character, wearing a duster coast and a cowboy hat, taking a wide stance with an oversized smile on her face. Meanwhile, around her people pose in a mix of positions -- playing the piano, mid-fight, mid-joke and more -- making for an impressive scene.

The costumes are fitting as Adele is wrapping up her world tour in Houston on Tuesday and Wednesday, with dates in Mexico City next week.
