Machine Gun Kelly and Camila Cabello.

In a word, it's "complicated." That's the only way to describe the pain-is-pleasure kind of love that Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello and rapper Machine Gun Kelly sing about on their joint single, "Bad Things," which dropped on Friday morning (Oct. 14). Over an ominous keyboard bed, Cabello kicks the song off singing, "Am I out of my head? am I out of my mind?/ If you only knew I like/ Don't think that I can explain it/ What can I say, it's complicated."

Produced by The Futuristic (Bruno Mars, Three 6 Mafia), the instant earworm four-minute ode to dark pleasure has Cabello telling bad boy MGK "No matter what you say/ Don't matter what you do/ I only want to do bad things to you." He's down for anything, though, responding, "Nothing's that bad if it feels good/ So you come back like I knew you would/ And we're both wild and the night's young." Nails scratching backs, teeth biting lips, scars on his body... it's complicated.

The song is available today on all major digital platforms.

Both artists shared animated sneaks at the lyrics on Thursday (Oct. 13). Check them out below.

The song is the second venture for Cabello outside Fifth Harmony: She previously collaborated with Shawn Mendes on the 2015 single “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” which hit the Billboard Hot 100 top 20.

This is the second new song from MGK since the release of his 2015 album General Admission, following on the heels of this summer's hook-up with Chief Keef on "Young Man."
