Britney Spears Lifetime Biopic Reveals Who's Playing Justin Timberlake, Kevin Federline & More

Nathan Keyes will play the former *NSYNC heartthrob.

Britney Spears' story is headed for Lifetime next year and the two-hour TV movie has now revealed its cast. 

Britney Spears TV Movie Coming to Lifetime

As previously announced, Natasha Bassett (Hail, Caesar!) will star as Spears in Britney, which will detail what the network described as the pop star's "tumultuous true story," including her rise to fame, famous breakup with Justin Timberlake, fall from grace and her comeback.

​Now, Buzzfeed has revealed Nathan Keyes will play Timberlake during his prime *NSYNC days; Clayton Chitty will play Spears’ ex-husband, former backup dancer and father of her two children, Kevin Federline; Nicole Oliver will play her mother, Lynne Spears; Matthew Harrison will play her father, Jamie Spears; Peter Benson will play Spears' longtime manager Larry Rudolph; Kelly McCabe will play Jason Alexander, Spears’ childhood friend who she married for 55 hours in 2004; Markian Tarasiuk will play Wade Robson, Spears’ former backup dancer with whom she was rumored to have cheated on Timberlake; and Tamara Thorsen will play Jenna Dewan, *NSYNC backup dancer and Justin Timberlake’s briefly rumored girlfriend.

Spears, however, has nothing to do with the project. A rep for the singer said in a statement when the film was first announced, "Britney Spears will not be contributing in any way, shape or form to the Lifetime biopic nor does it have her blessing."

Production on Britney was set to begin Sept. 19 in Vancouver for a 2017 premiere.
