Madonna Defends Rosie O'Donnell Against Donald Trump With 'League of Their Own'-Themed Takedown

In last night’s debate, Donald Trump inexplicably revived his decade-old feud with Rosie O’Donnell, doubling down on the times he’s called her a “pig,” “fat,” a “slob,” and numerous other repulsive insults. In response, Rosie's longtime friend Madonna came out swinging.

Madge dug up a shot of her with her co-star from the 1992 cable classic A League of Their Own, and along with it offered a few words for the Republican nominee. “Mess with my girl Rosie and you’re messing with me,” Madonna exclaimed. “Cruelty never made anyone a winner.”

Most major arbiters called Hillary Clinton the winner of last night’s debate, so on this point, Madonna is indeed very tough to dispute. You can view Trump’s anti-O’Donnell diatribe below:
