New NYC Duo Crush Club Arrives With Raucous Debut Single 'Get Me Off': Exclusive Premiere

Meet Crush Club. New York City's latest indie pop newcomer is the most recent signee to Punk Da Funk management (SOFI TUKKERDragonette, Cut Copy). And with such support already behind them, they reinforce the instant association buzz today with the release of their raucous debut single "Get Me Off," premiering exclusively via Billboard.

Sonically the track expertly layers hazy synths with punchy bass and Latin style percussion, as its whimsical hook lands somewhere between Pharrell and The White Stripes. And of the tune's intent, the enigmatic duo tells Billboard that they hope it commands the listener to feel "bold, sexy and reckless."

Be sure to catch Crush Club's first-ever live debut show this Friday September 9 at Rough Trade, supporting Bright Light Bright Light.
