On the eve of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Fifth Harmony unveiled the perfect pump-up video for the U.S. women's gymnastics team. After teasing a tumbling-filled 30-second clip of the blood-rushing 7/27 anthem "That's My Girl" back in May, NBC posted a minute-long teaser for the full-length video on Wednesday.

Featuring breath-taking flips and tumbling runs from the likes of Simone Bliss, Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez and Madison Kocian, the song's lyrics are the perfect compliment to Team USA's expected dominance. "Who's been working so damn hard/ You got that head on overload/ Got yourself this flawless body/ Aching now from head to toe," 5H sing as clips of the group are intercut with footage of the gymnasts. "Ain't nothing, ain't nothing/ All my ladies 'round the world/ Ain't nothing, ain't nothing/ Good girls better get bad."

Mixing scenes of triumph and disappointment, the song is a call to arms for any woman who knows how to get up when she's been down or hurt, brush that dirt off and get it again. So, gymnastics.
