Botched reality TV personality Tobias Strebel, who was known for spending nearly $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber, reportedly died of drug overdose.

According to Strebel's autopsy report, TMZ reports the Bieber look-a-like had consumed excessive amounts of narcotic painkillers and prescription drugs including oxycodone, hydrocodone, Xanax and other sleep aids in his system when the TV personality was found dead last year.

Strebel was found dead in a Motel 6 room on Aug. 21 last year in North Hills, California. In 2014, Strebel appeared on TLC’s My Strange Addiction and E!'s Botched where he claimed to have spent nearly $100,000 on procedures to look like Bieber.
In the autopsy report obtained by TMZ, Strebel's cause of death is listed as "multiple drug intoxication."
