Aaron Carter Endorses Donald Trump for President

Aaron Carter has made his vote be known for who he is endorsing in the 2016 election.

In response to Donald Trump's tweet where the GOP candidate wrote, "I am self-funding my campaign and am therefore not controlled by the lobbyists and special interests like lightweight Rubio or Ted Cruz!," Carter replied with his celebrity endorsement.

"@realDonaldTrump Does America want to have a president who FOLLOWS or someone who leads?," Carter tweeted early Saturday morning (Feb. 27). "I vote For @realdonaldtrump."

Soon after sharing his public support of Trump, the singer went on a tweeting spree defending his vote in response to fans who did not agree with the decision.

"That's ok. Losing fans gaining fans all good so what happens when Donald becomes president relax people," was just one of Carter's replies to a flurry of fans that either unfollowed him or showed their disdain for his political opinion.

Earlier on Saturday, Charlie Sheen shared the opposite opinion of Carter via Twitter when he publicly called on his 11.6 million Twitter followers to "WAKE UP!" with the hashtag "Anyone But Trump."
