The honorable minister Louis Farrakhan delivered the keynote address at the Nation of Islam's Savior's Day event in Detroit on Sunday and stated that if police agencies are refusing to provide tour security for Beyoncé then the Nation of Islam will.

"You gonna picket? You're not gonna offer police protection? But the F.O.I. will," he said.

Farrakhan's words come in reference to recent police union pickets and promises to boycott stops on some the superstar singer's massive Formation World Tour, responding to what some have found to be an "anti-police" message in her new song "Formation" and her Super Bowl halftime performance. If those police departments follow through -- the Nation of Islam's security agency -- the Fruit of Islam, will protect the Queen B, said Farrakhan.

This would not be unprecedented. Last summer at the the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival, as Complex points out, the Fruit of Islam provided security for Jay Z and Jay Electronica

Farrakhan continued, adding that Kendrick Lamar has freed rappers to "say it like it is and say what they feel and teach their people through music and rap and song and dance," proclaiming this meant the "cultural revolution is on!"
