Meet dream pop duo Paperwhite. Comprised of Brooklynite siblings Katie and Ben Marshall, the brother-sister act first lit up the hype machine with their debut EP Magic back in 2014, earning them the title (twice!) of “Most Blogged Artist." Ben, also the drummer for Brooklyn mainstays Savoir Adore, serves as the producer and co-writer, while Katie, the singer/co-songwriter, navigates the lush melodies and larger-than-life hooks.

Today, the group returns with their new single, the starlit “Unstoppable,” premiering exclusively via Billboard.

“While dreaming up what Paperwhite means to us, we found that a desire for adventure and surrealism feel very at home in our world,” the duo told Billboard. “Unstoppable is a reminder to find strength in the chaos and beauty in the unknown.”

With those celestial themes in mind, the tunes' repeated mantra (‘Tonight the stars are falling, dancing light and burning embers. The night the sky exploded, we were right to come together. We are unstoppable') feels all the more potent. Look for the band's second EP Escape, set for release this spring, and mixed by Chris Zane (St. Lucia, Passion Pit).
