Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter Arrested After Florida Bar Fight

The Backstreet Boys member was charged with battery, according to a report filed by the Key West Police Department. Carter and another man, Michael Papayans, were refused service at the Hog's Breath Saloon and told to leave the bar. Carter allegedly punched a bouncer while Papayans reportedly head-butted another employee. The report indicates that Carter was intoxicated and slurring his words at the time of the incident.

“I am human and at times it can be a struggle to balance a healthy lifestyle. I'm not perfect and for that I am sorry,” Carter tweeted.

“When we fall we have to get up and keep on walking,” the singer, who is expecting his first child with wife Lauren Kitt Carter, continued. “I hope you stay by my side and continue to walk with me.”
