Taylor Swift is such a fan of Mariska Hargitay's that she named her cat after the actor's Law & Order: SVU character, Olivia Benson. Swift even recruited Hargitay to join her squad with the invite to appear in her "Bad Blood" music video as "Justice."

Now, maybe, Swift will join Hargitay on Law & Order: SVU

"We just talked about it," Hargitay told ET. "We're going to wait until the end of the [1989 World] tour to see how it goes. But it’s in the air."

It wouldn't be the first time Swift starred on a crime drama. In 2009, she had a guest role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. More recently, she appeared in The Giver and an episode of New Girl.

While we'll have to wait until mid-December at the soonest to find out whether Law & Order: SVU character can land a guest role from the pop star, executive producer Warren Leight did suggest they might add a cat on the show named Taylor to repay the favor of her naming her cat Olivia Benson.

"We’re thinking of naming a squad room cat Taylor," he told ET

"The squad room needs to get a cat or I need to get a cat and name it Taylor," Hargitay added, "either one."

As for her appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards with Swift and her "Bad Blood" co-stars, Hargitay told ET it was "an experience."

"The best part of going with Taylor and the girls was that they were so supportive, wonderful and fun," she continued. "It’s a good posse to jump into."
