Nick Jonas performs on "The Voice" on April 14, 2015.

The pop star's self-titled LP may also receive a bonus edition with as-yet-unheard material.

Nick Jonas' self-titled solo album has produced a pair of Top 20 hits and ostensibly removed the 22-year-old from his Jonas Brother days. The youngest Jonas is on a hot streak, and now he says that he has new music coming, possibly by the end of 2015.

"I'm coming with a new record at some point later this year or next year," Jonas tells Entertainment Weekly. Before a proper follow-up to Nick Jonas, however, the singer-songwriter says that he may offer a deluxe edition of last November's release.

"I feel like the next step is just going to be getting a collection of a few more songs and maybe repackaging the album," says Jonas. "I still feel like there's some life left on the record I released last year."

Jonas' "Jealous" proved to be a breakout hit, peaking at No. 7 on the Hot 100, while follow-up "Chains" reached No. 13 on the tally. Last month, Jonas appeared on Sage The Gemini's new single "Good Thing," and announced a new artist-centric record label, Safehouse Records, in conjunction with Island Records.
