"When you're sitting in a huge warehouse and someone is painting blood on a ballerina, and you're saying, 'More blood!' you cross your fingers that everybody will be down," Geographer's Mike Deni tells Billboard of the group's new video for "I'm Ready."

The vivid visuals follow the journey of a seemingly innocuous little boy and his snow globe, mirroring the twists of the sweeping single.

"She was a real powerhouse. So strong, so elegant, so vulnerable," Deni says of the ballerina who stars in the video. "I got chills in the moment, when we were shooting her exultant dance at the end, with her hair whipping all over the place."

Making Deni's first video was not a simple process, however. "It's all because of a conversation I had with my manager in a coffee shop about a year ago," says Deni. "It's an exhilarating realization, that the idea is out of your head and people are turning it into reality, right in front of you."
