Britney Spears performs at her "Britney: Piece Of Me" show at Planet Hollywood Casino Resort on March 4, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This spring, dance music legend Giorgio Moroder will release his first new album in more than 30 years, 74 Is the New 24, featuring Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Sia, Charli XCX and more.

On Monday (April 6), a demo hit the Internet purporting to be Britney's Giorgio collaboration. Given Brit-Brit's smash residency in Sin City, it's appropriately titled "Viva Las Vegas." Although it's not a far cry from Moroder's Kylie collabo, "Right Here, Right Now," it is a far cry from an official Britney Spears/Giorgio Moroder song -- because it's fake.

RCA confirmed to Billboard that the song is "not legit" and it's "not Britney Spears" singing, which you can probably gather by listening to it (if it were real, it would mean Auto-Tune has been taken to strange new places).

Still, superfans on Twitter are wondering if this "Britney leak" is a total fabrication, or if perhaps (given the passing similarity) it was a demo submitted to her.

Regardless, we'll have to wait to hear the Princess of Pop and the Disco King team up for real. Listen to the fake demo below.
