Miley Cyrus sticks out her tounge during an interview in between performances on the forecourt of the Opera House in Sydney, Australia on October 13, 2014.

You heard it from Miley Cyrus: Twerking is over (for her).

Courtesy of her backup dancers, Cyrus shared Thursday (Oct. 16) on an Australian talk show that she's recently learned about the Nae Nae, a dance move invented by Atlanta quintet WeAreToonz. The dance involves raising your arms up and shimmying forward. Truthfully, it looks easier to pull off than twerking, which is probably great news for Cyrus' dance-challenged fans.

"I try to do it at my shows," Cyrus explained to the hosts while demonstrating it to a cheering audience. "And no one's really doing it back to me."

Get on that, everyone.
