Justin Bieber just got back to America from his European vacation, and he’s picking up right where he left off. This time, though, he smartened up before things got too out of control.

Upon arriving home, Bieber marked the occasion by throwing a party Tuesday night in his Beverly Hills condo. Just after 11 p.m., according to a TMZ report, police were already knocking at his door. Noise complaints had been made, but by the time the cops got there, things had momentarily settled down.

More on Bieber:

Authorities were called back around 12:40, though, and this time the noise nuisance was real, with dozens of guests hanging out on Bieber’s balcony. Officers spoke to Bieber himself, and warned that neighbors could make a citizen’s arrest if the noise didn’t cease. Bieber cooperated, broke up the party, and this time, the story had a happy ending.

TMZ also reports that Bieber was supposed to vacate the building by the end of September, but has hung around since he hasn’t yet found a new spot.

Where should he go next? Might we suggest some place where the neighbors party just as hard as he does?

A representative from Bieber's camp declined to comment on the incident.
