Rising pop singer-songwriter Eric Hutchinson has been previewing new single "A Little More" on the road over the past year, and on Monday (Mar. 3), the studio version of the song finally makes its way online. With a driving beat courtesy of drummer Jerrod Bettis, "A Little More" is a kicky return for Hutchinson, whose voice oscillates from a restrained croon to a giddy howl on the track. "A Little More" follows the release of the single "Tell The World," which is being used as the theme song of the new NBC series "Growing Up Fisher." Meanwhile, "A Little More" has already been picked up by Netflix for a new TV campaign. Both songs are featured on "Pure Fiction," due out on Apr. 8.

"This song is about being home alone late at night, feeling vulnerable and armed with the one thing most dangerous to ourselves: our phones," says Hutchinson of "A Little More." "You could be waiting for a friend, lover, drug dealer -- the late night texting always seems to lead to trouble. And that's good for songwriting."

Next month, Hutchinson will embark on the biggest headlining tour of his career: the Ones To Watch Tour sponsored by Skype, with support from Saints of Valory. The tour kicks off Apr. 16 in Baltimore.
