Prince has announced he will embark on a solo acoustic European tour that he’s calling “Piano and a Microphone,” aptly titled because those are the only things he’ll be sharing the stage with as he kicks off in Vienna on Nov. 21.

The Guardian reports that Prince invited a handful of European journalists to his 55,000-square-foot compound in Minneapolis this past weekend to announce the tour, where he reportedly explained that because he “rarely gets bad reviews” he has decided to gamble on a bare-bones, guitar-free set-up that will feel “more naked, more pure.” Though the trade-in of guitar to piano-only is new for the artist, a seemingly hastily put together tour is not, reports the Guardian, noting that in 2014 Prince surprised fans there by playing no-notice shows in small venues, including the King's Place concert hall directly below the paper's offices.

Piano and a Microphone will also be his first tour since releasing HITnRUN Phase One in September, and will span at least ten countries in Europe, with four dates in the UK. Though the rest of the schedule is not yet confirmed, we can count on at least one detail for this run: vegan catering, which is what Prince (who was once voted "world's sexiest vegetarian" by PETA) served to journalists during his press day.

Piano, a microphone, and kale, anyone?
